HHI is actively seeking highly motivated individuals passionate about providing a great customer service to join our team. We often recruit for a wide range of positions within our 5 Branches including roles related to Drivers, Warehouse Operatives, Sales (both internal and external), and Branch Managers. Our Kitchen and Bathroom Installation Centres recruit installers and tradespeople across all departments. HHI - Bathroom Design & Sales
Gareth has been with HHI for 22 years and has worked in a range of departments. He’s been in retail for 20 years and loves the customer interaction.
“I started in the Warehouse with no real ambition to have a career at HHI – that was 22 years ago now! As soon as I found an appetite for what I wanted to do, which turned out to be Bathroom Design and Sales, I was supported and encouraged. Becoming an expert in this area has been a journey that I’ve thoroughly enjoyed. It’s not just about knowing the products; it’s also about understanding the latest trends, and design principles, and how different pieces can come together to create beautiful and functional spaces. One of the most fulfilling aspects of my role is being able to share this knowledge with our customers. I take pride in helping them make informed decisions and guiding them toward choices that will enhance their living spaces. It’s a wonderful feeling to know that I can contribute to making someone’s bathroom aesthetically pleasing”.

HHI - Branch Manager
Matthew started his career with the company five years ago. Initially spending time at the trade counter, he progressed into Bathroom Design and Sales and then was promoted to the Branch Manager role.
“A great thing about being a Branch Manager is that no two days look the same. One day I’m in an office behind a desk, the next I’m on site ensuring……. Each of these settings presents a different challenge and that’s what really gives me a buzz. It’s a massively rewarding role.” My own experience is a testament to the fact that development is absolutely something available here if you want it.”
HHI - Bathroom Showroom Sales
Lindsay joined in 2015 as a Bathroom Sales and Design Consultant. She loves the supportive environment at HHI and says if you go after them, there are huge chances to progress. “In the future, I’d like to look for different roles in different areas of the business as I like to expand my knowledge and interact with customers in different settings. I know I’ll be supported to do that and that’s important to me.”
